Vex Robotics "Tower Takeover"

Directed a 7 person team to design and construct a robot that would effectively master the game. The goal for the skills portion of the game was to stack as many cubes as possible in the corner goals and place cubes in the elevated towers. I designed and built the intake rollers, compression bars, tray geometry for a quadruple flip-out and cube holder. We performed well at the Vex Robotics State Competition and finished 2nd place. We also won the Excellence award for effectively exhibiting the engineering design process and implementing innovative features to perform at high levels.
